Your captain
Meet Captain Dave.
A fisherman, a river guide, and the guy who wants your day on the Mississippi to be one you remember.
Captain David Magness
At home on this river.
Dave grew up fishing Grenada Lake and the Mississippi River. Today, Cat’n Aroun’ Guide Service brings anglers out on the river from Memphis to Helena.
He’s a trophy fisherman and tournament angler who enjoys sharing what he knows. Whether you’re figuring out your first cast or coming back for another big one, Dave is ready to help you get after it.
Off the water, he’s also a competition barbecue enthusiast. Around here, a good day and a good story tend to go together.
